Coleman Consulting can provide a non-intrusive presumptive survey to help identify and highlight any potential asbestos containing materials around your home that should be treated with caution when doing any renovation works or monitored for wear and tear.
Our Home Renovator Asbestos Surveys cost $450 +GST and includes a full written report on the location of any asbestos, or potential asbestos containing materials observed at your property and their condition. The report also includes recommendations on any areas where further testing should be considered and recommendations for ongoing management and safe work.

Our surveyors are fully trained in taking safe samples. Depending on the number of samples required and their locations, a seperate booking may be required.
